Purchase of goods in Poland from manufacturers and distributors

We work with Allegro on your behalf. You send us a link to the product on Allegro, we buy it, pay for it, and arrange delivery. We work like ordinary customers, using fast delivery to our warehouse in Poland. We know the rules of the platform, the rating system, working with sellers, and optimizing purchases. We can also participate in auctions on Allegro on your behalf.

To import from Poland you need: 1) Invoice from the supplier, 2) Packing list, 3) Certificate of origin (if required), 4) Quality certificates (CE, ISO for certain categories), 5) Contract or agency agreement. We will prepare all the necessary documents, translate them if necessary, and prepare a customs declaration.

Delivery times depend on the method: Auto delivery - 3-5 days (the fastest, Poland is close to the CIS), Railway delivery - 7-10 days (for large shipments, cheaper), Air delivery - 2-3 days (for urgent orders, more expensive). We pay suppliers in zlotys (PLN) or euros (EUR) from our foreign currency account. You pay us in rubles or national currency (tenge, som, etc.). We work with bank transfers (SEPA), credit cards for platforms (Allegro, Amazon.pl), we can use PayPal for some suppliers. We can negotiate discounts for prepayment or bulk purchases.

If the product does not match the description or is defective: 1) We return the product to the supplier and require a refund according to the platform's policy (Allegro, Amazon.pl, etc.), 2) You receive a full refund of the cost of the product and commission, 3) Return costs are covered by insurance. If the goods are already on the way and a problem is discovered after receipt, we resolve the issue with the supplier and the insurance company. We guarantee a refund if it is confirmed to be defective or does not match the description.

We work with all popular Polish platforms: Allegro (the largest marketplace), Amazon.pl (the Polish branch of Amazon), eBay.pl (auctions and B2B), Zalando.pl (clothing and shoes), Media Expert / RTV Euro AGD (electronics and technology), B2B platforms (industrial).
