We pay suppliers in euros (EUR) from our foreign currency account. You pay us in rubles or national currency (tenge, som, etc.). We work with bank transfers (SEPA), credit cards for platforms, we can use PayPal for some suppliers. We can negotiate discounts for prepayment or bulk purchases.

If the product does not meet the standards or is defective: 1) We return the product to the supplier and require a refund according to the platform's policy, 2) You receive a full refund of the cost of the product and commission, 3) Return costs are covered by insurance.
