Frequently asked questions before the first request
How do I know which scenario to choose?
If you are buying goods for yourself or your business, start with buyout and delivery. If you have an invoice from a supplier or contractor for work assigned to OZTA, choose order payments. When the roles and import documents are unclear, start by checking the import without a foreign-currency account.
Can several tasks be combined?
Yes, if the stages belong to one agreed shipment. Before payment, we separate them in the estimate, name the contractors and do not charge again for organisation that is already included.
When will the price be clear?
Buyout has a public fee schedule. For transport, inspection and other work that depends on the goods, route or contractor, we first clarify the goods, route and contractor, then show a specific estimate and its preparation time.
Can I submit a request without a complete set of documents?
Yes. Send a link, invoice or short description of the task. After the initial review, we will tell you what information is needed to check feasibility and prepare an offer.
