Groupage helps combine purchases but does not remove the need to check each package. We review readiness dates, packaging, documents and compatibility at the warehouse and on the main route before promising one shipment.

What to send for an estimate
Send what you already know. If weight is not yet precise, we start with seller data; the carrier may revise the price after measurement.

From separate orders to a combined batch
We first check whether the orders can be received at one location and shipped together. Warehouse operations and storage are calculated separately if needed.
We prepare the combined-shipment plan
We check goods, packaging, documents and readiness dates. We explain which orders can be handled as one consignment and which may need a separate solution.
We agree on acceptance of each order
We explain where to deliver each order, which labels and documents are needed, and how the location checks the package count before further action.
We arrange consolidation of the batch
After receipt, we combine purchases into the agreed shipment. Additional packaging, labelling, storage and other warehouse operations are presented and agreed before being performed.
We hand the agreed batch over to the carrier
Before dispatch, we confirm the consignment contents, estimate and documents. We then provide agreed status updates; changes to parameters or order readiness are agreed before the next stage.

How transport is priced
Even for one box, we explain the chosen service's minimum billing unit: weight or volume. We also show the confirmed price.
Cost of consolidated delivery
We will request a transport quote for your route and cargo. The estimate will show the OZTA fee and route expenses separately. If the data is preliminary, we will state what will be confirmed upon receipt. After an initial review, we will tell you when the estimate will be ready. We agree the price and terms before payment.
Carrier services
The price depends on the route, weight and volume. We will request a quote based on your details and show it in the estimate.
OZTA services
We add the OZTA coordination fee to the carrier’s price: 10% of that price, with a minimum of $20 per agreed assignment. If coordination is included in a package already paid for, there is no second fee.

Warehousing, packing, customs services, import charges, insurance and banking costs are separate.
Warehouse and other commercial work are shown as separate lines at the confirmed contractor price. We state the OZTA organisation fee if it is not already included in a paid package. No OZTA percentage is charged on the insurance premium or government charges.
Questions about consolidated shipments
Can I ship one or two boxes?
Send a description and dimensions. We will check whether a suitable groupage service is available. Before payment, we show its minimum billing unit, weight or volume, and confirmed price.
Can I combine purchases from different sellers?
We will establish when each order is ready and where it can be received. If the goods are suitable for transport together, we agree on the warehouse and consolidation procedure before payment.
How long can products be stored before shipment?
The period and cost depend on the warehouse. Before payment, we explain when storage charges begin, the cost of extending storage and whether a period is included.
Why can the price change after receipt?
Sellers sometimes provide approximate box weights or dimensions. After measurement, the carrier may recalculate the cost. We explain in advance which part of the estimate is preliminary and how changes will be agreed.
Which products cannot be shipped together?
Dangerous, temperature-sensitive, fragile and other specialised goods are checked separately. The decision depends on packaging, documents and route rules. If joint transport is unsuitable, we discuss another option.
When will my batch be shipped?
The date depends on all orders being ready, receipt and documents. After choosing a service, we give an indicative dispatch date and the conditions that may change it.
