Delivery times depend on the method and type of cargo: Sea delivery - 25-35 days (for large shipments and equipment), Air delivery - 7-10 days (fast, but more expensive for industrial cargo), Combined delivery - 15-20 days (the best option). Industrial equipment may require special packaging and shipping, which can increase lead times. We calculate the exact timing individually for each order, taking into account the type of product, city of dispatch and receipt.

If an industrial product does not meet the description or specifications, there is a defect: 1) We return the product to the supplier and request a refund, 2) You receive a full refund of the product price and fees, 3) Return costs are covered by insurance. If the goods are already on the way and a problem is discovered after receipt, we resolve the issue with the supplier and the insurance company. We guarantee a refund in case of confirmed defects or non-compliance with specifications for industrial goods.

Yes, we work with trial batches of industrial goods. This is a good way to check the quality of the product and the reliability of the supplier before placing a large order. For trial quantities, the minimum MOQ is usually lower, but shipping costs may be higher (as we do not consolidate with other orders). We recommend ordering a trial batch when working with a new supplier, new type of product or industrial equipment.

We pay suppliers in Rupees (INR) from our foreign currency account. You pay us in rubles or national currency (tenge, som, etc.). We work with bank transfers for industrial goods. We can negotiate discounts for prepayment or payment through certain systems. For large orders of industrial equipment, staged payment is possible.

For customs clearance of industrial goods from India, you need: 1) Invoice (invoice) from the supplier, 2) Packing list, 3) Certificate of origin (if required), 4) Certificates of quality and compliance with standards (BIS/ISI for certain categories), 5) Contract or agency agreement, 6) Additional documents for specific categories (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, equipment). We will prepare all the necessary documents, translate them if necessary, and prepare a customs declaration.
