Technical documentation
Equipment passport, operation manual, drawings. Without a complete set, customs will not release the cargo.
TR CU / EAEU certification
Electrical equipment, pressure vessels, lifting mechanisms - mandatory certification. We process in 10–20 days.
Customs classification
One machine may contain components with different HS codes. Correct classification saves 5–15% of duty.
Oversized transportation
Flat rack, open top, low bed - we select transport based on size and weight. Maintenance, fastening, permits for oversized items.

Declaration of goods
Full package: contract, invoice, registration certificate, certificate of origin. For used - an inspection and evaluation report.
TR CU certification
TR TS 004 (low voltage), TR TS 010 (machine safety), TR TS 012 (explosion-proof). We determine the necessary regulations.
Classification of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity
Groups 84–85 of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity. We classify multi-component machines as a single whole - this reduces the duty.
Fees and benefits
Duty 0–10%. For equipment without analogues in the EAEU, a zero rate is possible. We check for each position.
