We help purchase devices, parts or equipment from sellers in Germany. Compatibility and contents are recorded before payment; we handle seller communication, invoice agreement and payment within the order.
You choose the product; we manage the transaction with the seller
Purchasing works for a single item, a sample or a business batch when you need a clear process for buying from an overseas seller. You do not need to gather every document in advance: start with a link or product description.
A standard purchase includes one seller, up to 10 agreed items and one planned shipment. For a different scope, we agree the work, full price and timeframe in advance.
Review the order before payment
We clarify the product, availability, seller terms, invoice and whether the purchase can be delivered to the chosen address. If the scenario does not work, we tell you before payment.
Agree the invoice and payment
We agree the invoice and payment to the seller, stay in contact about the order and provide status updates. In a standard purchase, payment of the same invoice is already included in the fee.
You choose the product and budget
You choose the model, quantity and purchasing terms and set the budget. Before payment, we show the estimate and agree what OZTA will handle.
Agree additional work in advance
If you need supplier sourcing, quality checks, samples, transport, storage or clearance, we first agree the work, price and terms.
A part for yourself or a business consignment
We first record the required product and purchase terms. Exact parameters matter for a compatible part, while a consignment requires specifications, contents and documents.
A part, device or home product
Using a link, model or product code, we check the seller's offer and important parameters; where needed, we consider the VIN, serial number or compatibility.
Equipment or a consignment
Using the specification and quantity, we agree contents, available documents, packaging and estimate details before purchase.
Where to find goods in Germany
We choose the product source based on your link, description and document requirements; we check availability and terms separately.
Online store or classifieds platform
Suitable for an individual item or small consignment. Send a link: we will check the seller's rules, product listing, regional availability, payment and delivery options.

Suitable for automotive components, electronics, equipment, tools and goods with clear specifications. Before making an enquiry, we check the supplier, stock, quantity, documents and dispatch terms.
B2B catalogue or corporate website
Equipment, chemicals, components and other specialised goods require specifications and intended use. We check restrictions, documents, packaging and the route.

The calculation separately shows goods, delivery to the first warehouse, OZTA's fee and onward costs. Purchasing begins after price and terms are agreed.
Purchasing and dispatch
We will agree payment, product inspection, packaging and delivery. We will keep you updated on the order; you will receive the cancellation, returns and claims terms before payment.

For regulated, valuable, fragile or technically complex products, we separately check purchase and import availability, origin, documents, compatibility, packaging and route. Terms depend on the product and destination country.

How to calculate the purchase-on-behalf fee
We use the agreed goods price from the seller and apply the rate from the table. Delivery is not part of the fee calculation.
Rate by product price
Minimum OZTA purchasing fee: $20

The minimum OZTA purchasing fee is $20. For example: goods at $50 + fee of $20 = $70, excluding delivery, import costs, insurance and bank costs.

This covers only the goods and fee. Seller delivery and onward freight, import charges, insurance, banking and foreign-exchange costs are separate.
What the fee includes
- One seller, up to 10 agreed items and one planned shipment.
- Checking company and payment details and purchasing terms, and agreeing the seller’s invoice.
- Payment of the seller’s invoice is already included in the fee; we do not charge a second percentage for it.
- Seller communication, order statuses and OZTA report.
What is paid separately
- Seller delivery to our warehouse and onward transport.
- Import charges, insurance and warehouse operations, when needed.
- Bank and foreign-exchange costs, and any additional work after agreement.
If additional contractor work is needed
For additional work: the provider’s price + 10% for OZTA, with a minimum OZTA coordination fee of $20 per agreed assignment. If coordination is already included in a paid package, there is no second fee. Samples and their delivery are paid separately. We do not apply this percentage to government charges, import taxes or the insurance premium.
What to know about purchasing in Germany
Requirements depend on the product, seller, destination country and selected route.

- We check the product, code, origin, destination country and whether export, technical, chemical, sanitary or other documents are needed.
- Currency and settlement
- We agree the payment channel, currency, purpose and supporting documents for the specific seller, transaction and route.
- Quantity and consignment
- The minimum quantity is set by the seller and task; for a batch, we request the item number, quantity, unit of measurement and acceptance requirements.
- Certification and labelling
- We check whether declarations, certificates, labelling, confirmation of compatibility or other documents are required for the product and destination country.

How long does delivery from Germany take?
The timeframe depends on the product, seller, destination country and city, transport method, documents, packaging and cargo readiness. For heavy, fragile and special equipment, we check the permitted handling conditions separately; we do not promise a fixed timeframe before that.
How can I check equipment from Germany?
Send a link or specification, model, serial number, condition, intended use, end user, weight and dimensions. We check the seller, restrictions, documents, compatibility, packaging and route; FAT or servicing is not considered available without separate agreement.
Is a certificate of origin required?
The need for confirmation and its form depend on the product, origin, seller, destination country and current rules. We check this before calculating and record the available documents.
Which products require a separate check?
Software, electronics, telecommunications, chemicals, medical and industrial goods, automotive parts, valuable, fragile and regulated categories may require special documents or approvals. The scope of review depends on the product and destination country.
What documents are needed for purchasing?
Start with a product link or description, quantity and destination country. There is no need to collect a full set of documents in advance: after reviewing the order, we will explain what you and the seller need to provide for purchase, transport and import. The list depends on the product, route and whether you are buying for personal or business use.
