The price of sourcing outside China depends on the country, product, your criteria and the required depth of verification. We clarify the task and calculate the work before payment.
Before payment, we agree on the country, criteria, scope of the search, result, price and timeframe. After the initial review, we give an estimated response time; we start only after the full price and terms are agreed.
Your first enquiry does not need to become a specification dozens of pages long. Just explain what you want to buy and how you will choose: price, minimum order, lead time, quality, documents or delivery.
You can describe the product and add a link in your enquiry. If photos or a specification are needed, we will tell you how to send them.
Sourcing answers the question of whom it is worth continuing the conversation with. If you need to check the details and documents of a selected Chinese company, order a separate report; inspections, samples and loading control are agreed as separate assignments.

Contractor’s work + OZTA fee
For separately arranging work: 10% of the provider’s price, with a minimum OZTA coordination fee of $20 per agreed assignment. If coordination is already included in a paid package, there is no second fee. We do not apply this percentage to government charges, import taxes or the insurance premium.
Samples and their delivery are separate. We agree the inspection price based on the scope of work.

No. Sourcing in another country depends on the product, requirements, available sources and the required depth of verification. An enquiry does not confirm a ready channel; we first agree on the terms and a specific offer.
Sourcing is useful when there is no supplier yet or when you need to compare candidates. After the report, you can choose a company, request a separate documentary check, agree on samples or proceed to purchase the selected product. Purchasing is arranged separately: the order is agreed and payment organised there, so the sourcing fee is not automatically credited toward it.
