Checks of companies outside China, multiple companies or greater depth are quoted separately. The price depends on the available sources, documents and questions to investigate. Before payment, we agree the scope, result, limitations, specific price and timeframe.
After the initial review, we tell you when we will prepare the proposal. If the required depth falls outside the package, we propose a different scope before you order. Required work in the agreed package does not become an extra charge after payment.

What is included in a $165 Chinese company check?
A check of available registration information for one Chinese company, comparison of company details and supplied documents, and a written report with sources, discrepancies and the limits of the check. We agree the depth and format before payment. Site visits, testing, goods inspection and a legal opinion are not included. We do not guarantee solvency.
When is a supplier check quoted separately?
For a company outside China, multiple companies or a deeper investigation. The price depends on the available sources, depth and documents. Before payment, we agree a specific price, timeframe, report format and limitations. After the initial review, we tell you when the proposal will be ready.
Does the report mean the supplier is completely reliable?
No. A documentary check shows which information could be compared and which questions remain. It does not guarantee solvency, product quality or contract performance. Goods inspection, a factory audit, testing and a legal opinion serve different purposes and are agreed separately.
Can you check an Alibaba or 1688 supplier and a company in another country?
You can send an Alibaba or 1688 listing together with the legal entity’s name and available documents. We check a specific company, rather than just a profile or marketplace badge. The $165 package applies to one Chinese company. For another country, we first clarify the available sources and depth required, then propose the scope and price. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm that the check is possible.
How does this differ from supplier sourcing and goods inspection?
Sourcing is for choosing a company or comparing candidates. A documentary check concerns an already selected counterparty and its information. Inspection concerns specific goods or a lot and agreed quality criteria. The initial check of company and payment details is already included in the standard purchasing fee. A separate in-depth report is ordered only as distinct work.
