About OZTA how we work
OZTA helps find a supplier, buy goods and organize delivery. Before payment, we show what the work includes, how the price is calculated and which costs are paid separately.
OZTA’s role in your task
You can assign one purchase stage or combine several stages in one proposal. The scope depends on the goods, route and conditions already known.
- Find a supplier
- For a search in China, we agree the goods or product group, criteria and result. For other destinations, we first define the possible scope of work.
- Arrange the purchase
- We check the transaction terms, agree the invoice and arrange payment to the supplier. Seller delivery and onward transport are shown separately.
- Select transport
- We review the route, weight, dimensions and cargo requirements. We confirm the full price and terms against a current contractor quote.
How the work is organized
We first review the task, then present an offer with its price and terms. Work begins after you approve it.
Review the task
We clarify what to buy, from whom and where to deliver it. If a seller has not been selected or information is missing, we decide where to start.
Prepare the proposal
You will see the scope, price or calculation method and separate costs. If information still needs to be checked, we explain how it will affect the proposal.
Agree the order
Before payment, we confirm who performs each stage, which documents are needed and how much is due. The terms are kept in the order documents.
Where to check the terms
Before ordering, you can check company details, ask a question and read the general service terms. The final scope and terms of your order are fixed in its documents.
