Documents at every stage

Contract, certificates of completed work, customs declarations, invoices. Not a single operation without completed paperwork is necessary not only for us, but also for your accounting and tax department. We transmit documents within the agreed time frame: electronically or in paper form, depending on the client’s requirements.

Real time status

The client sees where the cargo is, what has been paid for, what is at customs, what has already been sent. We notify you every time the status changes - without calling the manager with the question “how is it going?” Access to status at any time from any device via messenger.

One manager per project

Fixed conditions

Commission, terms, delivery costs - everything is announced before work begins and is fixed in the contract. The final price does not differ from the one we named during the calculation. If additional costs arise, we inform you in advance and agree upon them before issuing an invoice.
