We help agree on purchasing, consignment preparation and delivery to the selected receiving point. You specify the goods and platform requirements; we proceed to the required stages after confirming work scope, contractors and price.

    We agree on onward transport and handover conditions for the specific consignment once the goods, route and confirmed recipient requirements are known.

    If an inspection or photo report is needed, we agree in advance on the task, contractor, price and evidence required to confirm the result.

How we handle a consignment from order to handover

We first agree on the goods and the work with the supplier. We then determine the preparation and delivery needed for this particular consignment. You see scope and costs before each stage begins.

  1. Reviewing batch requirements

    We obtain details of the goods, quantity, supplier, platform and known handover requirements.

  2. Defining the scope of work

    We determine which purchasing, preparation, inspection and transport actions are needed and what requires separate confirmation.

  3. Agreeing the estimate

    We separate goods price, OZTA commission, preparation, delivery and items still awaiting a contractor's price.

  4. Organising agreed stages

    We manage purchasing and selected preparation within the agreed scope, providing statuses and conditions for moving to the next stage.

Batch purchase cost

We calculate the purchase-on-behalf fee from the goods price. We show preparation of the batch and delivery separately, taking the platform's requirements into account.

Product purchasing fee

We use the agreed goods price. One rate applies to the full amount. A lower rate applies as soon as a threshold is reached.

The minimum OZTA purchasing fee is $20. It is added to the goods price.

This covers only the goods and fee. Seller delivery and onward freight, import charges, insurance, banking and foreign-exchange costs are separate.

Standard purchasing: one supplier, up to 10 agreed items and one planned shipment. We verify company and payment details and transaction terms, agree the invoice, organise payment, communicate with the supplier, provide status updates and prepare a report. There is no second percentage fee for paying the same invoice.

Preparing the shipment

Labelling, packaging, photos, consolidation and other operations are included only after their scope and price have been agreed.

Route and separate costs

Delivery, import charges, insurance, bank fees and contractor services depend on the actual conditions of the shipment.

Seller delivery to the first OZTA warehouse, onward transport, import charges, insurance and bank costs are shown separately when they apply.

If some details are not ready, state this in the request. We first establish what needs clarification before calculation and ordering.

Can you prepare products for any platform?

We first check the specific platform, product and receiving point. Until these checks are complete, we do not promise readiness, compatible labelling or the ability to supply.

Can you help calculate the economics of a SKU?

We itemise the product price, OZTA fee, consignment preparation, delivery and other applicable costs. OZTA does not promise demand, sales or margin forecasts.

Are certificates and labelling needed?

This depends on goods, country and procedure. We check applicable requirements for your request, rather than transfer them from another SKU.

Can I start with a trial batch?

Yes, provided the goods, volume and terms of this purchase are agreed. A trial consignment does not automatically confirm the future price, route or rules for the next order.

Is the product intended for sales outside a marketplace?

For a commercial batch, you can focus on the goods, supplier and route without a specific platform's requirements.
