We offer a service of inspection of goods before shipment: 1) Checking the goods at the supplier's warehouse (if possible), 2) Photo and video report of the goods, 3) Checking compliance with the description and parameters, 4) Quality control and packaging. Yes, we work with Taobao and 1688. You send us a link to the product, we buy it, pay for it, and arrange delivery. For Taobao (retail), we usually order goods as a regular buyer. For 1688 (wholesale) we work directly with factories, we can negotiate the best prices and conditions for large quantities.

We pay suppliers in Yuan (CNY) from our foreign currency account. You pay us in rubles or national currency (tenge, som, etc.). We work with Alipay/WeChat Pay for fast payments, and also use bank transfers. We can negotiate discounts for prepayment or payment through certain systems.

If the item is not as described or is defective: 1) We return the item to the supplier and request a refund, 2) You receive a full refund of the item price and fees, 3) Return costs are covered by insurance. If the goods are already on the way and a problem is discovered after receipt, we resolve the issue with the supplier and the insurance company. We guarantee a refund if there is a confirmed defect or discrepancy.

For customs clearance from China you need: 1) Invoice (invoice) from the supplier, 2) Packing list, 3) Certificate of origin (if required), 4) Quality certificates (for certain categories of goods), 5) Contract or agency agreement. We will prepare all the necessary documents, translate them if necessary, and prepare a customs declaration.

Yes, we work with trial batches. This is a good way to check the quality of the product and the reliability of the supplier before placing a large order. For trial quantities, the minimum MOQ is usually lower, but shipping costs may be higher (as we do not consolidate with other orders). We recommend ordering a trial batch when working with a new supplier or a new type of product.
