We will clear the cargo through customs. You will receive goods and documents, not problems
We take care of all customs: classification, calculation of duties, declaration and release. You are running a business.
What is included in customs clearance
From the first document to the release of goods from the warehouse.
Classification of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity
We select the correct product code. An error in one figure means recalculation of duties and a fine of up to 200%. We check it three times.
Preparation of documents
We put together a complete package: invoice, packing list, certificates, permits. We check the checklist before submitting.
Calculation of duties
We calculate the exact amount of payments before shipment. We take into account the preferences of the EAEU, FTA and seasonal rates.
Customs payments
We pay duties, VAT and fees on your behalf. All receipts are in your personal account.
Electronic declaration
We submit the declaration through the ED-2 system. No paper, no queues. Average processing time is 4 hours.
Post-clearance support
We provide support after release: we respond to customs requests, undergo desk checks, submit corrections - without additional payment for 3 years.

What do those who drive regularly know?
Four practices that separate experienced importers from those who pay fines.
Critical
The accuracy of the HS code is everything
One wrong digit in the 10-digit code and the duty rate changes from 5% to 15%. We have seen cases where an importer overpaid by $12,000 due to a classification error. Check the code before shipment, not at the border.
Save time
Pre-classification before shipment
Receive a preliminary decision from customs regarding the product code before loading the container. It's free and valid for 3 years. The cargo passes through customs without delay - the inspector already knows what kind of goods it is.
Speed
Electronic declaration = minus 2 days
A paper declaration means queues, manual verification and 3-5 working days. Electronic feeding through ED-2 reduces the process to 4–8 hours. We only submit electronically.
Saving
EAEU preferences reduce duties
Goods from EAEU member countries (Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia) pass through customs without duties. For goods from countries with FTA - reduced rates. We check all available benefits for each delivery.
Typical problems at customs and how we solve them
Every week we see the same mistakes. Here's what's going wrong and what we're doing differently.
Incorrect HS code - recalculation of duties and fine
The cargo is at the border, it is unclear why
The amount of duties turned out to be 2 times more than expected
The documents were returned: something is missing
We check the code before submitting the declaration and take over the classification
We monitor the status in real time and resolve issues with customs directly
We calculate the exact cost before shipment. There will be no surprises
We prepare a complete package according to the checklist and check it before serving
