Transportation of dangerous goods - legally and without detention
We take on ADR classes 2–9: gases, flammable liquids, chemicals, acids, batteries. Certified transport, full documentation, route without tunnel restrictions.
ADR classes 2–9: we take on loads that others refuse
We do not transport class 1 (explosives). All other categories are in progress.
- Class 2
Gases and aerosols
Compressed, liquefied and dissolved gases. They require special tanks or cylinders, leak testing and temperature control during transportation.
Gas cylinders, refrigerants, aerosols, propane, butane
- Grades 3–4
Flammable liquids and solids
Substances with a low flash point or the ability to spontaneously combust. They require closed ADR transport with grounding and fire-fighting equipment.
Paints, varnishes, solvents, technical alcohols, sulfur, metal powder
- Classes 5, 6, 8
Oxidizing, toxic and corrosive substances
Three classes requiring strict separation during loading. We transport in compliance with the ADR compatibility table, in special containers with markings.
Hydrogen peroxide, nitrates, acids, alkalis, reagents, pesticides
- Class 9
Other hazardous substances
The most common class among importers. Includes goods that do not fall into classes 2–8, but require special handling during transportation.
Lithium batteries and accumulators, dry ice, magnetized materials
Five nuances of ADR that affect cost and timing
Class compatibility, tunnel restrictions, driver's license expiration date - details that decide whether the cargo arrives on time or gets stuck at the checkpoint.
Classification
Grades 2–9: most chemicals can be carried
Of the 9 ADR classes, we work with 8 - the only exception is class 1 (explosives). Batteries, paints and varnishes, cleaning products, gas cylinders, acids - all this is transported legally if properly registered. Many clients refuse transportation without trying it.
Consolidation
Mixed ADR shipments: save up to 40%
Most carriers will refuse cargo if there are multiple ADR classes in the shipment. We work with a compatibility table and know which classes can be combined in one vehicle. For clients with 2-3 items of different classes, this is a saving of up to 40% on transport.
Insurance
Correct classification reduces your insurance rate
ADR insurance costs 2–3% of the value of the cargo. But if the hazard class is indicated incorrectly, the insurance company will refuse to pay for any incident. Correct classification on our part not only protects the cargo, but also allows us to apply a lower rate limit where possible.
Route
Tunnel restrictions: we plan the route 5 days in advance
For ADR cargo, a system of tunnel categories A–E is in effect. Routes through the passes of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan are planned taking into account seasonal restrictions and current prohibitions. Impromptu is impossible here - detention at the checkpoint will lead to 7-14 days of downtime.
What do clients come with - and what do we do?
ADR transportation is more complicated than standard logistics. Let's look at typical situations.
The common carrier refused - no ADR approval
Documents for ADR are unclear - risk of detention at the border
You don’t know which ADR class to classify the product in
Are you afraid of liability in case of an accident with dangerous cargo?
Own ADR-certified vehicle fleet. We accept applications that others do not accept
We are preparing a complete package: transport document, safety instructions, route sheet. No errors - no arrests
We classify cargo according to ADR within 1 working day. The result is an official class with justification
Specialized ADR insurance covers leakage, fire, explosion and environmental pollution
4 steps from order to delivery
Each step is regulated by the requirements of ADR: classification, documentation, route, verification of the driver’s ADR license. Deviation from the regulations - detention at a checkpoint.
- 01
Cargo classification
We determine the ADR class, UN number and packaging group. If necessary, we request an MSDS (substance safety data sheet) from the supplier.
1 working day - 02
Preparation of documents
We prepare an ADR transport document, instructions for actions in emergency situations and a route sheet taking into account tunnel restrictions.
1–2 days - 03
Transport and driver
We select an ADR-certified vehicle of the required type and assign a driver with a valid license. We check each driver's certificate before shipping.
1 day - 04
Route and support
We are building a route that bypasses prohibited tunnels and populated areas. Tracking 24/7, notifications at each checkpoint and when passing through customs.
the whole flight
ADR transportation is 30–50% more expensive - here's why
Each expense item is required according to the requirements of ADR. There are no hidden fees.
- ADR-certified transport
- Specialized vehicles with equipment for the cargo class: tanks, grounded vans, refrigerators. The cost is 20–30% higher than standard trucks.
- Driver with ADR license
- A certified driver receives a premium for handling dangerous goods. A mandatory requirement of ADR - without it, the flight is impossible.
- Preparation of documentation
- ADR transport document, safety instructions, route sheet - we prepare everything ourselves. Included in the price.
- Extended route
- Bypassing prohibited tunnels and populated areas increases the distance by 5–15%. The route is agreed in advance, taking into account seasonal restrictions.
- ADR insurance
- Specialized insurance covers leakage, fire, explosion and pollution. Standard cargo insurance does not cover ADR incidents.
- Cargo classification
- If the ADR class is unknown, we determine it using MSDS or technical specifications. Primary classification is free upon concluding a contract.
