To get started, you need minimal documents: 1) Link to the product or invoice from the supplier, 2) Details of your company (for the contract), 3) Description of the product and its purpose (for customs in your country). We will prepare all other documents: agency agreement, customs declaration, contract with the supplier (if needed), certificates (if required for your goods in the destination country). Requirements for documents may differ by country - we will suggest the composition for your jurisdiction.

The cost consists of: 1) Price of the goods from the supplier (according to the invoice), 2) Agent commission (from 2.5% to 4% depending on the country and type of goods), 3) Logistics (delivery from the supplier to your warehouse), 4) Customs payments (duties, VAT, fees), 5) Additional services (insurance, packaging, storage). We calculate the exact cost before starting work and provide a detailed estimate. No hidden fees.

The timing depends on the country of the supplier, the country of destination and the type of delivery: from China - 5–10 days (road), 15–20 days (sea); from the USA - 7–14 days (air), 20–30 days (sea); from Europe - 7–12 days (auto); from Turkey - 5–8 days (by car); from CIS countries - 3–7 days (auto). After receiving the application, we purchase the goods within 1-3 days (depending on the supplier), then arrange delivery to your country. We work with different directions - we calculate the exact timing individually for your route.

We inspect items before shipping (if possible) and insure all orders. If the item is not as described or is defective: 1) We return the item to the supplier and request a refund, 2) You receive a full refund of the item price and fees, 3) Return costs are covered by insurance. If the goods are already on the way and a problem is discovered after receipt, we resolve the issue with the supplier and the insurance company. We guarantee a refund if there is a confirmed defect or discrepancy.

You send us a link to the product, we buy it, pay for it, and arrange delivery. We also work with direct suppliers and factories - if you have contacts, we can work directly.

Standard payment scheme: 50–70% prepayment after agreeing on the terms (for purchasing the goods and starting work), the balance 30–50% after receiving the goods or before shipping (depending on the agreement). Customs payments (duties, VAT) are paid separately before the goods are released from customs. For regular customers, a deferred payment of up to 30 days is possible. If the product does not match the description or is defective, we will issue a refund. For expensive goods, we can organize an on-site inspection at the supplier’s warehouse.
