The technical brief links the product, supplier, inspection and site receipt. OZTA organises the agreed stages; product parameters and production decisions remain with your team.

    Together with you, we agree the item list, contents and materials that will explain the task to the supplier and inspection contractor.

  • Coordinate the supplier and schedule

    We clarify invoice terms, batch readiness and receiving window so they enter the agreed purchasing plan.

  • Prepare handover and receipt

    If required, we agree transport, packaging, unloading and documents based on the specific cargo's characteristics.

What we agree separately for your shipment

  • Quality control

    If needed, we agree the checklist, sample size, contractor, cost and materials that will demonstrate the result.

  • Roles and documents

    For the specific transaction, we agree the parties and documents relating to the selected purchasing and supply stages.

  • Work calculated separately

    Inspection, testing, permit documents, insurance or specialised transport are included only after the conditions have been confirmed.

How we handle procurement through site receipt

We compare technical data with supplier terms, inspection and receipt. If the specification, volume, supplier or route changes, related actions and costs are reconfirmed.

  1. Reviewing the specification

    We obtain the item list, volume, schedule, supplier and site receiving terms.

  2. Bringing together the required stages

    We determine whether an inspection is needed, which transport requirements apply and which documents are required for the agreed work.

  3. Agreeing the order and estimate

    We show the goods price, OZTA's work, confirmed expenses and items still awaiting the contractor's quotation.

  4. Organising stages and providing status updates

    After budget and terms agreement, we manage the order within the approved scope and report transitions to the next stage.

Procurement cost for manufacturing

We calculate the purchase-on-behalf fee from the goods price. We will calculate inspection, testing and other work based on your procurement requirements.

Product purchasing fee

We use the agreed goods price. One rate applies to the full amount. A lower rate applies as soon as a threshold is reached.

The minimum OZTA purchasing fee is $20. It is added to the goods price.

This covers only the goods and fee. Seller delivery and onward freight, import charges, insurance, banking and foreign-exchange costs are separate.

Standard purchasing: one supplier, up to 10 agreed items and one planned shipment. We verify company and payment details and transaction terms, agree the invoice, organise payment, communicate with the supplier, provide status updates and prepare a report. There is no second percentage fee for paying the same invoice.

Work required by the project

Before the order, we agree on the review or inspection programme, testing, preparation for transport and unloading, and their cost.

Transport and clearance

Transport, contractor services, import charges, insurance and special operations are not included in the goods purchasing commission.

Seller delivery to the first OZTA warehouse, onward transport, import charges, insurance and bank costs are shown separately when they apply.

What to send about procurement for production

You do not need a complete document package. Initially, what matters is information that helps identify the product, need and next questions for the supplier.

    Specification, product codes, tolerances, contents, quantity and materials that can substantiate requirements.

  • Supplier and readiness

    Invoice or supplier contacts, country, minimum volume, goods readiness and shipment terms.

  • Schedule and receipt

    Required window, address, unloading, dimensions, special cargo properties and known document requirements.

Questions about raw materials and equipment

About quality, delivery and terms when the shipment changes.

Can quality be checked before shipment?

Yes, if the task is agreed in advance: parameters, sampling, evidence, contractor, price and actions in the event of discrepancies. This inspection is not included by default.

Can equipment be brought in?

We first review specifications, dimensions, weight, packaging, unloading, documents and applicable restrictions. Feasibility and the parties' roles are confirmed for the specific shipment.

How can I maintain regular raw material procurement?

For the agreed arrangement, the checks, information to update and timing of term reviews are defined. If the volume, supplier, product or route changes, the relevant terms are reconfirmed.

Can a supplier be paid without my own foreign-currency account?

We assess feasibility within a purchase or other assigned work: the parties, documents, currency and payment method. OZTA acts as an agent or a party to the purchase agreement; its role is recorded in the order terms. We do not offer standalone transfers without such an order. The absence of a foreign-currency account does not itself confirm feasibility.
