We organize delivery in different directions: China, USA, European countries (Germany, Poland, Italy, France, etc.), Turkey, Southeast Asian countries (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia), India, CIS countries, etc. We work with clients from different countries - we deliver both to your country from supplier countries, and from your country to other countries. We use all types of transport and their combinations (multimodal transportation): road (5-15 days, door-to-door), railway (15-30 days, stability and efficiency), sea (30-60 days, large volumes), air (2-7 days, urgent cargo). We select the optimal combination based on your requirements for timing, cost and type of cargo.

Standard preparation for shipment takes 2-3 business days after receiving all documents and payment. For urgent shipments, we can arrange shipment within 24 hours (by air or road express). Delivery times depend on the route and type of transport: air 2-7 days, road 5-15 days, railway 15-30 days, sea 30-60 days. We calculate the exact timing individually for each route.

The cost consists of several factors: 1) Weight and volume of cargo (payment for the larger parameter - physical weight or volumetric weight), 2) Route (distance, complexity of logistics, availability of transport), 3) Type of cargo (regular, oversized, refrigerated, dangerous ADR), 4) Urgency (standard or express delivery), 5) Customs payments (duties, VAT, fees), 6) Additional services (insurance, packaging, loading, storage). The basic cost includes: transportation of cargo along the selected route, loading and unloading (standard), packaging in transport containers (if required), tracking and monitoring of cargo 24/7, notifications about delivery status, basic insurance (up to $1000). Additional charges include: customs clearance (duties, VAT, brokerage services), extended insurance (over $1000), special packaging (palletizing, lathing), storage in a warehouse (over 3 days of free storage), delivery to the recipient’s address (if not to the terminal).

Possible additional costs: 1) Customs payments (duties 5-30% of the value of the goods, VAT 20%, customs duties), 2) Downtime at the border or at the port (if the delay is the fault of the client), 3) Additional packaging or repacking (if the cargo does not meet the requirements), 4) Storage in a warehouse beyond the free period (usually 3-5 days), 5) Delivery to the address in hard-to-reach areas, 6) Forwarding at the unloading site (if required). All additional costs are agreed upon in advance, no hidden fees.

The payment scheme depends on the type of cargo and route. Standard scheme: 50% prepayment after agreeing on conditions (for booking transport and starting work), 50% before sending the goods or upon arrival at the recipient's warehouse. For regular customers, a deferred payment of up to 30 days is possible. Customs payments (duties, VAT) are paid separately before the goods are released from customs. We accept payment by bank transfer in different currencies (depending on your country and agreement), other methods are possible upon agreement. We work with clients from different countries - we adjust payment terms to your jurisdiction.

No, we take care of customs clearance. Our customs brokers will prepare all documents (declaration, contract, invoice, certificates), calculate customs payments (duties, VAT, fees), submit a declaration to customs, formalize the release of goods, receive stamps and marks. You receive the cargo already cleared through customs with a full package of documents for accounting. You only need to provide: an invoice from the supplier, a contract (if any), certificates of conformity (if required for your product).

To organize delivery you need: 1) An invoice (invoice) from the supplier indicating the goods, quantity, cost, 2) A packing list describing the locations, weight, dimensions, 3) A contract or agreement with the supplier (if any). For customs clearance additionally: 4) Certificates of conformity or declarations (for goods subject to certification), 5) Permits (for specific goods: medicine, chemistry, products), 6) Transaction passport (for currency control, if the amount is over $50,000). If you don’t have any documents, we will help you prepare or obtain them.

Standard customs clearance takes 1-3 business days if all documents are available and there are no comments. Express registration (for an additional fee) - from 4 hours to 1 day. The time frame may increase if: the goods are subject to inspection (1-2 days are added), there are not enough documents or certificates (until the missing ones are received), additional examination is required (for specific goods), there are questions about the classification of goods or customs value. We control the process and inform you about every stage.

Customs payments consist of: 1) Customs duty (the rate depends on the HS code and the country of destination), 2) VAT or equivalent (the rate varies by jurisdiction, calculated from the amount of customs value + duty), 3) Customs duties (fixed in the currency of the country of registration). The customs value is determined by invoice + delivery + insurance. Rates and fees depend on the destination country - we calculate the exact amount of payments for your jurisdiction before processing. Some products are eligible for preferential rates or duty exemptions.

The scheme depends on the delivery conditions: 1) Collection of cargo from the supplier (door-to-door): our agent comes to the supplier’s warehouse, checks the cargo, packaging, documents, accepts the cargo according to the act, organizes delivery to the terminal/warehouse, 2) Self-delivery to the terminal: you or the supplier bring the cargo to our warehouse/terminal, we accept it according to the act, check compliance with the documents, 3) Delivery to the recipient: after customs clearance we deliver the cargo to your warehouse or terminal, we transfer it according to an act with checking the integrity of the packaging. At each stage, we draw up acceptance certificates with photos and descriptions of the condition of the cargo.

Yes, we provide full online cargo tracking 24/7. After sending, you get access to your personal account, where you see: the current location of the cargo on the map, status at each stage (accepted, en route, at the border, at customs, delivered), the predicted delivery date, movement history with dates and times, photos of the cargo at key stages. Notifications about status changes come via email, Telegram, WhatsApp or SMS (your choice). You can also call the manager at any time and check the current status.

Delays can occur for various reasons: customs inspection (1-2 days), weather conditions or force majeure, delay at the border due to queues, technical transport problems. We immediately inform you about the delay and the reason, offer alternative solutions (acceleration, rerouting), control the situation and minimize the delay, compensate for expenses if the delay is our fault (according to the contract). In 95% of cases, the cargo is delivered on time or with minimal delay (1-2 days). If the delay is critical for you, we offer express delivery of the remaining portion.

All cargo is insured (basic insurance up to $1000 is included, extended insurance is optional). In case of damage or loss: 1) Immediately inform us about the problem (before signing the acceptance certificate, if the damage is visible), 2) We draw up a damage report with a photo and description, 3) Submit an application to the insurance company with a full package of documents, 4) The insurance company conducts an examination (if required), 5) Compensation is paid within 30 days. The amount of compensation depends on the degree of damage and the insured amount. If the damage occurred due to the fault of the carrier, we will recover compensation from him.

Basic insurance up to $1000 is automatically included in the shipping cost. For cargo valued over $1000, we strongly recommend extended insurance (cost 0.5-1.5% of the cargo value). Insurance covers: damage to cargo during transportation, loss of cargo, theft, damage during loading/unloading, force majeure (natural disasters, road accidents). Not covered: incorrect packaging on the part of the sender, hidden defects of the goods, natural loss. Insurance is issued before the shipment is dispatched; after shipment it is not possible to insure it.

Yes, we transport dangerous goods according to the ADR classification (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road). We work with classes: 2 (gases), 3 (flammable liquids), 4 (flammable solids), 5 (oxidizing substances), 6 (toxic substances), 8 (corrosive substances), 9 (other hazardous substances, including lithium-ion batteries). We have all the necessary licenses, certificates and permits. We use special transport and trained drivers. We prepare all documents for the transportation of dangerous goods. The cost is 30-50% higher than regular delivery due to special requirements.

Yes, we specialize in the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo: industrial equipment, machine tools, presses, construction equipment, large structures, long cargo (pipes, beams). We organize: selection of special transport (low-loader trawls, platforms), obtaining permits for the transportation of oversized cargo, coordination of the route with the traffic police, cargo escort (if required), loading and securing with special equipment, cargo insurance. We calculate the cost individually after receiving the cargo parameters (dimensions, weight, loading/unloading points).

Yes, we organize refrigerated transportation with temperatures ranging from -25°C to +25°C. We transport: pharmaceutical products (medicines, vaccines), food (meat, fish, dairy products, fruits), flowers and plants, chemical reagents that require special conditions. We use: refrigerated containers (for sea transportation), refrigerated trucks (for cars and railways), thermal boxes and thermal bags (for small cargo). We provide: 24/7 temperature monitoring with sensors, notifications in case of deviation from the regime, backup cooling in case of breakdown, certificates of compliance with temperature conditions. The cost is 40-60% higher than regular delivery.
