What is included in the delivery cost
The final amount consists of several components - we calculate each one in advance so that there are no surprises
- Freight
- Basic transportation cost. Calculated based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of the cargo - the greater value is taken. Depends on the route, mode of transport and urgency.
- Customs duties
- Accrued upon import of goods into the country. The rate depends on the HS code and country of origin. We calculate in advance - before sending the cargo.
- VAT on import
- Accrued upon commercial import of goods. The rate depends on the destination country. For individual entrepreneurs and legal entities it is accepted for deduction.
- Customs clearance
- Customs broker services: preparation of declaration, classification of goods, interaction with customs, obtaining permits. Fixed price - no hidden extras.
- Insurance
- Basic insurance coverage is included in the tariff for all cargo. If the value of the goods is high or the cargo is fragile, we recommend extended insurance at market value.
- Package
- Professional repacking in the warehouse: stretch, palletizing, wooden box, foam protection. Ordered as needed - for fragile, large or long cargo.
