What is important when importing cosmetics
Cosmetics are a category with mandatory notification and strict labeling requirements. We know the process from the inside.
Notification and SGR
We issue a certificate of state registration and notification in the unified register of the EAEU. Without this, sale within the territory of the Union is prohibited.
Expiration date control
We check the remaining shelf life before shipping. At least 60% of the total period - otherwise customs will not let you through.
Protective packaging
Individual wrapping for each unit, bubble wrap, thermal boxes for sensitive formulas. Glass - in cellular containers.
Marking TR TS 009/2011
Label in Russian: composition, manufacturer, expiration date, purpose. We prepare the layout and paste it in the warehouse.

SGR and notification
Certificate of state registration - for products with special properties (whitening, SPF, antiperspirants). Notification is for the rest.
HS Code
Creams, shampoos, perfumes, decorative cosmetics - different codes and rates. Correct classification saves 3–7% on duty.
Duties and VAT
Perfumes - 6.5%, care products - 3–6.5%, decorative cosmetics - 6.5%. VAT 12%. We count exactly for each position.
