We help buy the selected product: we agree the order with the seller, arrange payment of the invoice as part of the buyout and calculate onward delivery separately. We show the estimate before payment.

Suitable for one item or a business batch. OZTA manages the agreed buyout: checking the seller’s terms, arranging payment and reporting status. We agree delivery and additional work separately when the order requires them.

What the standard buyout includes

  • One supplier and an agreed order

    A standard buyout includes up to 10 agreed items and one planned shipment.

  • Check the transaction before payment

    We check the details and terms, agree the invoice and arrange payment of that same invoice without a second percentage fee.

  • Seller contact and status updates

    We clarify order details with the seller, report status and prepare a report on the agreed purchase.

What is calculated separately

  • Seller delivery to the first warehouse

    Even if shown on the same invoice, this amount is not included in the buyout fee and is shown as a separate line.

  • Onward transport and import

    Transport, import charges, insurance, banking and warehousing depend on the route and situation. We agree them separately when needed.

  • Change in scope

    A new supplier, additional shipment or different volume requires agreement again before execution.

How a link becomes an order

First we clarify the product and the seller’s terms, then show the calculation. We move to the next stage only after its cost and terms are agreed.

  1. You send the product details

    A link, invoice or specification, quantity, seller’s country and delivery city.

  2. We check the purchase

    We compare the seller’s price and terms, select the buyout rate and show separate costs that can already be estimated.

  3. You approve the estimate

    Before payment, we record the product, supplier, inclusions and a clear next step for delivery.

  4. We organise the agreed order

    We arrange payment of the agreed invoice, stay in contact with the seller and hand over subsequent stages in the agreed scope.

The buyout fee depends on the product price

The fee is calculated from the full goods price. A lower rate applies as soon as the price reaches $1 000, $5 000, $10 000 or $20 000.

This covers only the goods and fee. Seller delivery and onward freight, import charges, insurance, banking and foreign-exchange costs are separate.

Minimum OZTA purchasing fee: $20

If the goods price is above zero and the fee calculated at the applicable rate is less than $20, we charge a $20 purchasing fee. The goods price is added to the fee; delivery and other costs are extra.

We show seller delivery, onward transport and other necessary costs as separate lines. Before payment, we agree the estimate for your purchase.

What to send for the first estimate

Start with what is already known about the goods and delivery. Missing data does not stop the request: we will first tell you what to clarify with the seller.

Questions about buyout and delivery

Is there a minimum product price?

OZTA has no minimum product price. For a positive price, the minimum buyout fee is $20. The seller may still set a minimum order of its own.

Why is seller delivery calculated separately?

The buyout fee applies only to the supplier’s product or service price after discounts. Local delivery to the first warehouse and onward transport do not change the rate and are shown as separate estimate lines.

From which countries can you buy goods?

Feasibility depends on the specific seller, goods, payment situation and route. We check them from your link or invoice before payment.

What if the goods do not match the order?

Before purchase, we agree the goods and transaction terms. If a discrepancy arises, we act under the order documents and seller’s rules; additional inspection or a claim is discussed based on the actual situation.
