Cookie Policy
1. General provisions
1.1. This Policy explains how Limited Liability Company "Great Rock" (the Company) uses cookies and similar technologies on the OZTA website. Information about the Company, the grounds for processing and the User's rights is provided in the Privacy Policy.
1.2. A cookie is data saved by the browser when the website is visited. Browser local storage is used separately from cookies to save certain settings. These tools may contain identifiers and other information relating to the User.
1.3. This Policy applies to website visitors regardless of whether they submit an Application or enter into an agreement with the Company.
2. Settings required for selected functions
2.1. The browser saves the choice of Google advertising permissions so that it applies on future visits and the cookie notice is not shown each time. This setting does not control whether analytics counters are connected. No automatic deletion period is set: it remains until the setting is changed or the User or browser deletes the site data.
2.2. The selected website language is saved in a cookie for 365 days from the date the language is selected or changed. The User may change the language or delete the cookie through the browser settings.
2.3. These settings save the selected language and Google advertising permissions. Blocking or deleting them may cause the notice to appear again and reset the selected language. Google advertising permissions remain disabled until a new choice is made.
3. Visit analytics
3.1. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics are connected automatically when the website is visited and collect statistics regardless of the choice made in the cookie notice. The choice controls the Google advertising permissions described in section 4. The core website functions and submission of an Application do not require the notice to be closed.
3.2. Google Analytics is used for visit statistics, page views and actions on the website, including filling in and submitting a form. Yandex Metrica is used for similar purposes, including click maps, link transitions and Webvisor, which records actions while pages are visited. These tools may process browser identifiers, device information, viewed-page addresses, referral sources and interaction with the website.
3.3. Actual identifiers, cookie periods and further-retention terms depend on the service, its settings and the browser. The cookies used by the analytics tools are described in the Google Analytics documentation and the Yandex Metrica documentation. The periods available on a device can be checked in the browser's site-data settings. A list of possible tools in a provider's documentation does not mean that every tool is used on every OZTA visit.
3.4. Processing by these services may involve transfers outside the Kyrgyz Republic. Section 5 of the Privacy Policy applies to such transfers. The providers' privacy terms are available from Google and Yandex. Those documents do not replace the Company's duties to process data lawfully and provide the required information.
3.5. Using the website and selecting an option in the cookie notice do not subscribe the User to advertising mailings and do not authorise the use of documents or Application contents for unrelated advertising purposes. Other purposes requiring a separate legal basis or consent must be arranged separately.
4. Notice and browser-data management
4.1. The notice explains that cookies are used and links to this Policy. The “Necessary only” button leaves Google advertising permissions disabled. The “Accept all” button allows Google to use advertising cookies and data for advertising purposes, including personalised advertising. These advertising permissions are disabled until a choice is made. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics continue to collect statistics regardless of the choice. The buttons save the selected value in the current browser and hide the notice. This choice applies to the specified Google advertising permissions and does not extend to other processing purposes.
4.2. The advertising choice can be changed using the “Manage cookies” button on the website. Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics continue to operate after this choice is changed.
4.3. Browser settings are used to delete previously installed cookies and local records. Deleting the saved choice in the cookie notice may make it appear again and does not disable the counters connected by the website.
4.4. For questions about data already transferred, withdrawal of consent or deletion of information, the User may contact info@ozta.com. The procedure for handling requests and mandatory rights is set out in the Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and liability
5.1. The Company must comply with applicable requirements concerning processing and the User's rights. Use of a third-party service does not release the Company from liability for its own actions or from duties imposed on it by law.
5.2. A new version applies to the use of the relevant technologies after it is posted, to the extent permitted by law. Posting the text does not replace obtaining new consent where changed purposes or terms require it. This Policy applies independently of the date on which a Client's Instruction is accepted.
