What to check before purchasing
A model name alone is not enough. These four points help you compare the seller's offer to what you expect to receive.
Materials and workmanship
Materials and workmanship affect both buyer expectations and subsequent sale of the batch. We help agree clear characteristics of the selected option with the seller, so available photos and descriptions can be compared with what you order.
Condition and set
For a pair from a display case, stock or secondary market, it is important not to find out about the condition only upon receipt. We ask for available confirmation of the package and condition so that you can decide in advance whether you are happy with this option.
Size range and batch
The shipment should arrive in the size range that you plan to sell, and not with arbitrary replacements. We will agree with you and the seller on acceptable changes, the need for a sample and the method of checking the assortment before shipment.
Commission for purchasing shoes
The fee is calculated from the agreed goods price. Seller delivery to the first OZTA warehouse, onward transport, import charges and banking costs are not included.

This covers only the goods and fee. Seller delivery and onward freight, import charges, insurance, banking and foreign-exchange costs are separate.
Standard purchase includes
- One seller, up to 10 agreed upon items and one planned shipment.
- Checking company and payment details and transaction terms, and agreeing the invoice.
- Arranging payment of this invoice without a second percentage fee.
- Contact with the seller, order updates and an OZTA report.
Separately in the estimate
- Seller delivery to the first warehouse OZTA and further transportation.
- Samples, quality checks and contractors' work, if needed and agreed upon.
- Import charges, documents, bank charges and insurance if they arise for a specific delivery.
When to pause the purchase
We do not confirm the purchase while there is a significant discrepancy between the offer, your requirements and the seller’s available information.
There is no clear sizing chart
We request measurements or specifications; we do not issue universal size conversion as confirmation of fit.
Material not confirmed
We check the description, photo and available specifications before agreeing on a batch or sample.
There are questions about origin or the right to sell
We ask for available information and documents; When in doubt, we do not replace them with an assumption.
It is unclear what to do if there is a discrepancy
Before payment, we will agree on the verification procedure, necessary confirmations and actions if the pair or batch differs from the order.

What data is needed to check shoes?
Provide a link or article number, brand, model, material, size chart, quantity, season, country of departure, destination market and desired acceptance date.
How can I check the shoe size and last?
We will compare the size table and measurements with the sample, agree on tolerances, width and fit. For the batch, we will save the specification and criteria for permissible deviations.
Are labeling and declaration required for sale?
Requirements depend on the category, age group, material, market and sales channel. We check the applicable document and product identification before shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the factory, model, size range and test arrangement. We request the conditions of a specific supplier; we do not promise a universal minimum.
How to check branded shoes?
We verify the seller, the right to sell, the origin, documents, serialization and available quality control. If in doubt, we will suspend the order until confirmation.
What is included in quality control?
We check the material, sole, glue, seams, symmetry, color, size, marking, packaging and compliance with the sample according to the agreed checklist.
What kind of shoes may fail the check?
We stop the purchase if there is a disputed brand or origin, inconsistency of material and documents, inappropriate labeling, unavailable size, irreparable defect or carrier/market refusal.
Is it possible to start with a sample or test batch?
We request this format from the specific supplier if available. Sample cost, quality control, delivery and return conditions are considered separately; we do not promise a universal minimum volume.
