We help check the conditions for importing branded goods: we collect the item number, origin, seller, documents and route to understand whether the review can continue and which conditions must be met before ordering.
We don’t start with a list of brands
For pre-check, you need a specific product and its supply chain. The brand name alone does not answer the question about the possibility of importation.
Article number, serial number and packaging
Photos, serial numbers, markings, condition and completeness help to compare the goods with documents.
Origin and supply chain
Country of manufacture, seller, route, documents for the initial placing on the market and evidence of authenticity, if available.
Transaction terms and intended use
We indicate Incoterms, currency, importer/declarant, end user, sales channel and country of sale.
What will we clarify by category?

- The code, if available, helps to check payments and restrictions, but requires verification with the composition, function and technical description.
We check the basis for a specific product
The rule depends on the country, date, product and route. The list or practice of one territory does not automatically become the basis for another.

What questions do we check before payment and shipment?
We assess each risk separately: authenticity and origin of the goods, applicable requirements in the destination country, documents, labelling and evidence of value. A generic procedure described on a webpage cannot replace a legal opinion or the competent body’s decision.
The brand or item number has not been confirmed for the destination country
We record the current source, date, jurisdiction, product and stopping condition; if there is insufficient basis to proceed, we do not recommend continuing
There are doubts about authenticity, origin or the supply chain
We request the invoice, serial number or item number, photos, seller details and documents; if authenticity cannot be established, we suspend the request
The category requires a certificate, declaration or marking
We check the applicable regime and the applicant; We do not pass off document coordination as automatic admission

We separate the product price, freight, taxes and other lines; We show what has been calculated in advance and why the price may change
Before approval, we will show the composition of the calculation
First, we record what is confirmed, what expenses and documents require verification, and where an external quote or a decision from a specialized specialist is needed.
- Estimate in clear lines
- Goods, delivery, customs charges, documents and other applicable costs are listed separately. We do not describe the price as complete while any conditions remain unconfirmed.
- Roles and boundaries of the solution
- OZTA coordinates the agreed scope of work. The customs authority’s decision, the rights holder’s requirements and the contractor’s terms are confirmed for the specific shipment.
For separate work: the contractor’s confirmed price + the OZTA coordination fee of 10% of the work price, with a minimum of $20 per agreed assignment. There is no second fee for coordination already included in the package. We will list government charges and the insurance premium separately, without applying an OZTA percentage fee.

Verification does not provide a promise of admission, but a recorded result: what can be continued to be verified, what is missing, and under what conditions the application is stopped.

What is checked during parallel import?
The specific brand, item number and product, destination country, origin, authenticity, seller, source and date of the rule, code, documents, labelling, export restrictions and sanctions.
Is it possible to name a list of allowed brands?
There is no universal list for all countries and periods. We check the status by current source, jurisdiction, product and date; the presence of a brand does not guarantee the approval of a particular article.
How often are lists and standards updated?
The frequency depends on the authority and jurisdiction. We save the source version and date before each purchase, and when conditions change, we launch a new preliminary check.
What legal risks remain?
Even under a suitable procedure, risks remain concerning counterfeiting, IP/TROIS, export controls, sanctions, labelling, certification, contracts, taxes and the customs authority’s decision.
How is this mode different from breaking the rules?
Legality is assessed based on the specific jurisdiction, product, documents, origin, value and route. Undervaluation, someone else's code, counterfeiting or circumvention of prohibitions do not become acceptable due to the name of the mode.
Are certificates and labeling required?
This depends on the category, composition, intended use, country of import and country of sale. We check the requirements before payment and do not treat a brand’s inclusion in a list as a substitute for conformity documents.
Is it possible to sell such a product on the marketplace?
This depends on the specific marketplace’s rules, country, category, labelling, purchase documents, authenticity and importer status. We do not guarantee approval without a current review.
Can the rights holder challenge the shipment?
IP and TROIS risks depend on the product, jurisdiction, authenticity, documents and current procedures. Without a specialist legal assessment of the specific shipment, we do not claim that a rights holder cannot bring a claim.
Does one regime work throughout the entire EAEU?
There is no automatic transfer: we check the country of import and sale, basis, declarant, transit and national requirements separately.
How can I check the rules in a specific country?
State the destination country, importer/declarant, product and review date. A Russian list or practice does not automatically establish the rule in another country.
What documents confirm the possibility of import?
The set depends on the product and jurisdiction: invoice, origin, documents on the chain of ownership, code, certificates and markings, declarant data and route. We fix the list after checking the set of documents.
How to start pre-checking?
Send the brand, item number/model, seller, invoice, countries of dispatch and destination, code if available, photos of the labelling, evidence of authenticity and sales channel. After review, we will record the result and limitations.
