Features of plant import
Live cargo with strict phytosanitary requirements and a limited lifespan during transportation.
Phytosanitary certificate
Mandatory document from the quarantine service of the exporting country. Without it, the cargo will not cross the border. We control the processing at the supplier.
Temperature
Tropical plants – 18–25 C, bulbs – 2–5 C, cut flowers – 2–4 C. Refrigerated delivery with monitoring.
Special packaging
The root system is in a moist substrate. The crowns are protected by mesh. For long-term transportation - ventilated containers.
Quarantine control
Rosselkhoznadzor inspection at the border. Quarantine species require additional permission. We check the status before sending.

Declaration of goods
Invoice with botanical names (Latin), packing list, phytosanitary certificate of the exporting country.
Phytosanitary control
Rosselkhoznadzor inspection: visual inspection, laboratory analysis if suspected. Duration: 1–3 business days.
HS Code
0601 - bulbs, 0602 - live plants, 0603 - cut flowers, 1209 - seeds. The code determines the rate and quarantine regime.
Duties and VAT
Live plants - duty 5%, cut flowers - 5–15% (depending on the season). Seeds - 0–5%. VAT 12%.
