Features of chemical import
Chemical products are a category with high safety requirements at all stages: from packaging to storage.
Hazard class
We determine the class by UN number and MSDS. The route, transport and cost depend on this. We work with hazard classes 1–9.
Certified packaging
Drums, IBC containers, canisters with UN marking. The container corresponds to packaging class - I, II or III.
Permits
MSDS (safety data sheet), Rostechnadzor permit, ADR certificate. We assemble the complete package before shipment.
Storage conditions
Temperature conditions, ventilation, compatibility with other cargo. We select warehouse and transport for a specific product.

We classify according to the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity, taking into account the composition. We obtain permits in advance, the cargo passes through customs without delays.
We use only certified UN containers. Fastening and fixing according to the standard. Insurance for every shipment.
We check against sanctions lists and registers of restrictions before purchasing. If import is not possible, we will offer an analogue.
Customs clearance

Chemistry requires additional permits and inspections. We process in parallel with delivery.
Customs declaration
We indicate the chemical composition, concentration, CAS number. We enclose MSDS and certificate of analysis.
Permits
Certificate of state registration for individual substances. Conclusion about the hazard class. Phytosanitary certificate if necessary.
HS Code
Correct classification according to composition and purpose. The same reagent in different concentrations - different codes and rates.
Duties and VAT
Rates for chemical products are 0–6.5% depending on the type. Some items (base polymers, fertilizers) - 0%. VAT 12%.
