Purchasing goods from Target
We help buy selected products from Target and agree delivery. We record the colour, size or set contents; for home products, we check material, dimensions and quantity per pack.
What you entrust to OZTA
You choose the product and approve the order terms. We handle the agreed purchase: communicating with the seller, agreeing the invoice, arranging payment and providing status updates. Sourcing, separate inspections and onward delivery are discussed according to your needs.

Product purchasing
We agree the selected product, option and quantity with the seller, and check their company and payment details and invoice. After your confirmation, we arrange payment and handle order correspondence. Arranging payment of this invoice is already included in the standard purchase-service fee.

Sourcing and selection
We will help find Target-exclusive brands and compare prices with Amazon. If the item is out of stock, we will select alternatives. Standalone sourcing is charged separately. The published package applies to China; for another market or an extended brief, we will prepare an estimate before work begins.

Warehouse inspection
During agreed receipt checks, we compare the goods with the order and photograph the contents and visible condition.

Arrange delivery
For small goods, we check air delivery from the US. For large furniture and appliances, we compare available routes by total cost and timing.

Import documents
We will clarify the documents and import charges required for your product in the destination country. Clearance costs will be shown separately in the estimate.

Order status
A paid order has a responsible coordinator. We agree on a communication channel and pass on confirmed status updates from the seller and contractors. If conditions change, we explain why and discuss the next step; tracking depends on the carrier.
Order assistance
We check the product, seller, payment and delivery from Target before ordering.
Checking the delivery address
We check whether the selected seller accepts the agreed delivery address. Onward transport is calculated separately using order parameters.
Access to Target exclusives
We check Target brand and collection availability against the specific listing, along with purchase and delivery availability.
Consolidate purchases
If the goods can be stored and transported together, we agree consolidation at one warehouse and compare the total shipment cost.
Sales and Circle discounts
We use Target Circle for additional discounts. We buy during Target Week and seasonal sales.
Order status support
We check whether the item is available online or only in-store, and compare its price including the costs of receiving it and delivery.
Terms and returns
We check the goods before shipment and the available returns scenario under Target's rules and the transaction terms.

To order from Target, provide a link showing the colour, size or set contents. For home products, dimensions, material and quantity per pack must be checked.

How your order proceeds
We first establish the product and purchase terms, then agree the estimate and the steps after purchase. You decide before paying for each stage; product substitutions or budget changes require separate approval.
Link or item number
Send a link or item number. If you have no link, photos and a description are sufficient; specify the option and quantity you need.
Seller and availability
We will clarify availability, included items, condition and shipping from the seller. We will discuss any differences from your request before purchase.
Region and restrictions
We will check whether the product can be purchased and shipped to your country, and which documents and packaging are required.
Price before payment
We will show the product price, delivery to the first warehouse, the OZTA fee and known subsequent costs. We will identify amounts that still depend on weighing, measurement or an external quote. Purchasing begins after your approval and payment for the relevant stage.
From purchase to shipment
After agreement, we arrange the purchase, communicate with the seller and provide updates. Only the agreed checks and packaging are carried out before onward shipment. We record the procedure for discrepancies or returns in advance.
Purchasing, quality inspection and transport involve different work. We record what is included in the order, who performs individual actions and which documents you will receive. Returns depend on the seller, stage of fulfilment and agreed terms.
How to calculate the purchase-on-behalf fee
We use the agreed goods price from the seller and apply the rate from the table. Delivery is not part of the fee calculation.

The minimum OZTA purchasing fee is $20. For example: goods at $50 + fee of $20 = $70, excluding delivery, import costs, insurance and bank costs.

This covers only the goods and fee. Seller delivery and onward freight, import charges, insurance, banking and foreign-exchange costs are separate.
What the fee includes
- One seller, up to 10 agreed items and one planned shipment.
- Checking company and payment details and purchasing terms, and agreeing the seller’s invoice.
- Payment of the seller’s invoice is already included in the fee; we do not charge a second percentage for it.
- Seller communication, order statuses and OZTA report.
What is paid separately
- Seller delivery to our warehouse and onward transport.
- Import charges, insurance and warehouse operations, when needed.
- Bank and foreign-exchange costs, and any additional work after agreement.
If additional contractor work is needed
For additional work: the provider’s price + 10% for OZTA, with a minimum OZTA coordination fee of $20 per agreed assignment. If coordination is already included in a paid package, there is no second fee. Samples and their delivery are paid separately. We do not apply this percentage to government charges, import taxes or the insurance premium.

Air freight
Clothing, cosmetics and electronics have different packaging and transport requirements. We calculate the route from order contents.
Sea freight
For large orders and furniture; we select the mode based on weight, volume, route and restrictions.
Warehouse consolidation
Orders from Target, Amazon and Walmart can be collected at one address and sent in a single parcel.
Repacking
We remove excess cardboard and add protection for fragile goods. If packaging volume can be reduced safely, this lowers delivery cost.
Insurance on request
Insurance is calculated separately under the agreed terms.
Door delivery
Choose courier delivery or collection from a pickup point.

Does Target have a loyalty programme?
A loyalty programme cannot be assumed to form part of the purchase price. If your offer has a personal discount, send its terms: we check eligibility before calculation.
