What does the calculator show?
The calculator shows the product cost and OZTA fee. Known seller delivery can be added separately; it does not affect the fee. Onward transport, import costs, insurance and bank costs are calculated separately.
Can I treat the result as the full purchase price?
No. It calculates the product and fee from the data entered. The full cost depends on the product, route and external costs; we confirm it separately.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
We first review the task and clarify missing information. Then we tell you whether it can be done and agree the price, timeframe and scope before payment.
What information should I prepare for a full estimate?
Send the product description, quantity, seller and destination countries, delivery address, weight or volume, available documents and important restrictions. If something is missing, we will tell you what to clarify.
What should I choose if I already have a product link?
If you know the price and currency, start with the calculator. If the purchase, delivery or full estimate needs checking, submit an enquiry with the link and route.
What tasks can I describe in the form?
You can describe supplier sourcing, purchasing, delivery, customs clearance, supplier payment for an order, certification, card selection for a service or documentary company verification. We check the feasibility of each task separately.
Is the calculator suitable for a batch or several routes?
For a batch, regular purchasing or several routes, submit an enquiry with quantities, addresses, document requirements and known restrictions. The calculator helps estimate the fee for a standard purchase.
