Buying from Auction in Korea
We help arrange purchases on the Korean platform Auction. Send the product link, required variant, quantity and destination country. We will check seller terms and prepare an estimate. Purchase and delivery availability are confirmed for your order before payment.
What you entrust to OZTA
You choose the product and approve the order terms. We handle the agreed purchase: communicating with the seller, agreeing the invoice, arranging payment and providing status updates. Sourcing, separate inspections and onward delivery are discussed according to your needs.

Product purchasing
We agree on the product, variant, quantity and seller terms. For an auction offer, we separately check participation availability and agree on a bid limit; purchasing is not guaranteed. We arrange payment only within the agreed order.

Sourcing and selection
We will find the required product, translate the description and check specifications and reviews. Standalone sourcing is charged separately. The published package applies to China; for another market or an extended brief, we will prepare an estimate before work begins.

Quality inspection
We agree on what must be checked before dispatch, who will perform the checks and what evidence you will receive. A separate inspection or warehouse check is included in the estimate if available and needed for the order.

We agree the payment method and details only after checking the seller and specific offer terms.

We compare the listing description with photos and seller clarifications. Significant parameters are incorporated into order terms.

If the goods can be stored and transported together, we agree consolidation at one warehouse and compare the total shipment cost.
Exchange rate and costs before payment
Before payment, we state the applied exchange rate, source and time, offer validity, commission and other known expenses.
Returns policy
If goods do not meet agreed terms, we help record the discrepancy and agree further actions.
A product on Auction: what to check before buying
Auction (옥션) is a Korean online platform with fixed-price offers and auction formats. Terms depend on the specific product and seller: a current link is needed, not just a screenshot.

Add condition and contents requirements. For used goods, attach available photos and defect descriptions.
How your order proceeds
We first establish the product and purchase terms, then agree the estimate and the steps after purchase. You decide before paying for each stage; product substitutions or budget changes require separate approval.
Link or item number
Send a link or item number. If you have no link, photos and a description are sufficient; specify the option and quantity you need.
Seller and availability
We will clarify availability, included items, condition and shipping from the seller. We will discuss any differences from your request before purchase.
Region and restrictions
We will check whether the product can be purchased and shipped to your country, and which documents and packaging are required.
Price before payment
We will show the product price, delivery to the first warehouse, the OZTA fee and known subsequent costs. We will identify amounts that still depend on weighing, measurement or an external quote. Purchasing begins after your approval and payment for the relevant stage.
From purchase to shipment
After agreement, we arrange the purchase, communicate with the seller and provide updates. Only the agreed checks and packaging are carried out before onward shipment. We record the procedure for discrepancies or returns in advance.
Purchasing, quality inspection and transport involve different work. We record what is included in the order, who performs individual actions and which documents you will receive. Returns depend on the seller, stage of fulfilment and agreed terms.
How to calculate the purchase-on-behalf fee
We use the agreed goods price from the seller and apply the rate from the table. Delivery is not part of the fee calculation.
Rate by product price
Minimum OZTA purchasing fee: $20

The minimum OZTA purchasing fee is $20. For example: goods at $50 + fee of $20 = $70, excluding delivery, import costs, insurance and bank costs.

This covers only the goods and fee. Seller delivery and onward freight, import charges, insurance, banking and foreign-exchange costs are separate.
What the fee includes
- One seller, up to 10 agreed items and one planned shipment.
- Checking company and payment details and purchasing terms, and agreeing the seller’s invoice.
- Payment of the seller’s invoice is already included in the fee; we do not charge a second percentage for it.
- Seller communication, order statuses and OZTA report.
What is paid separately
- Seller delivery to our warehouse and onward transport.
- Import charges, insurance and warehouse operations, when needed.
- Bank and foreign-exchange costs, and any additional work after agreement.
If additional contractor work is needed
For additional work: the provider’s price + 10% for OZTA, with a minimum OZTA coordination fee of $20 per agreed assignment. If coordination is already included in a paid package, there is no second fee. Samples and their delivery are paid separately. We do not apply this percentage to government charges, import taxes or the insurance premium.

Can the product be returned?
Before purchasing, we need the seller's return rules: grounds, deadline, address and costs. If these terms are unknown, we obtain them first and only then agree on the order.
What seller information is needed?
A direct listing link, seller profile or details, condition description and receiving terms. A rating, if available, is considered alongside this information.
Can I buy used or refurbished electronics?
The ability to purchase used or refurbished goods depends on the listing and seller. We check condition, completeness and return rules before dispatch.
How can I order a product from Auction through OZTA?
Send an active product link, required variant, quantity and destination country. We will check the seller, purchase terms and available route. Before payment, we show the estimate and agree on the order. After purchasing, we report the confirmed result.
Can a legal entity pay for an order by bank transfer?
Yes. A company can pay an agreed OZTA order by bank transfer against an invoice. We agree on the currency, bank details and order documents before payment.
