Typical problems
Cards issued outside the Republic of Belarus are not accepted. Russian, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and other maps of CIS countries are not accepted when placing an order on the website.
They do not deliver outside Belarus. To receive your order you need a Belarusian address - without it it is impossible to make a purchase.
When exporting goods from Belarus to another country, customs clearance is required. Duty-free import rules are limited and depend on the country of destination.
